Process button
A special type of field that can be used to display the button from automate actions directly in the list of records. In the field settings, select one or more buttons to display.
Buttons can be displayed in a row or in a column. Select the display type in the "Display as" option.
Most likely, you will not need to display such a field on the record page. You can hide it on the "Item Page Configuration" page, the "Hidden Fields" option:
