Creating Fields

After creating the entity, you need to add the fields to the database table. Select the entity and go to the "Fields Configuration" page. ERP Rukovoditel provides a large number of different types of fields, ranging from simple input fields and ending with special fields that affect the behavior of the program.

The field settings depend on the selected type. But there is a standard option "Is Heading?", on which we need to stop in detail. If the "Is Heading?" option is set, in the list of records, the field value is displayed as a title (an active link that leads to the record page). Only one field can be set as a heading.

Note that for the selected fields, the function "Copy fields" is provided. This will help you save time when creating the same fields.

After creating the fields, you need to configure the display rules for the form and the list of records.
