Templates to Comments

Using this functionality, you can create templates for frequently used comments. Templates can be created for any entity in the system. In addition to the comment, you can set the field values for the comment form, if configured.

The list of templates is displayed in the form of a comment. When you select a template, a comment is inserted from the template and field values are set.
