Change History

This special report is designed to track changes in entities and will be useful, for example, for the team leader . For each report, you can select the monitored entities (one or more), and exclude certain fields.

While viewing the report, you can filter the data by type of change, entity, user, and select the period. For example, show only new Tickets for the last week.

The change history is stored for a certain number of days, according to the value set in the settings.
