Move to different server

1. On the new server, install a fresh version of Rukovoditel
   Important: the versions of the apps must match. If you are using an older version, update the app first.
2. Before starting the procedure, switch your current application to Maintenance Mode so that no one adds new data.
3. Back up the database
4. On new server restore the database from the previous application.
5. Copy /uploads and /plugins folders to the new server.
